Tryouts will be held through one on one evaluations by our experienced instructors who will decide the placement of your child based on their skills and coachability. 

8u-14u: 30 minute evaluation for $40

ROCK SOLID WAY:

Rock Solid Baseball provides a higher level of competition for talented and motivated South Eastern North Carolina baseball players who are willing to commit time to the improvement of their skills, sportsmanship, and competitiveness in a team-focused environment. Teams range in age from 8 to 18 years old. The Rock Solid organization is dedicated to developing each player’s skill, knowledge, and love for the game through instruction at our facility in Wilmington, NC.  We play year-round with travel baseball affiliations including United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA), Top Gun, Gameon Sports, and other quality organizations. Rock Solid will provide the best avenue for your individual player's success through instruction from MLB and college experienced instructors and coaches.

This organization will have the resources available to aid players with future placement opportunities. So far, Rock Solid Baseball has had 140 players go on to play college baseball, while 10 of those players were drafted into the MLB. Rock Solid has a premier baseball training facility through Coastal Athletics in Wilmington, NC. Ultimately, the development of skills and team-focused play is the guideline for our program.
